FAKTOR – FAKTOR YANG BERHUBUNGAN DENGAN KEJADIAN KPSW DI RUMAH SAKIT IBNU SUTOWO BATURAJA KABUPATEN OGAN KOMERING ULU TAHUN 2017

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the relationship between maternal age, parity and the incidence of hypertension with incidence of premature rupture of membranes, using analytical survey method with cross sectiona approach. The sample was taken by Simple Random Sampling with 321 samples. The result of this research is found that the proportion of respondents experiencing the incidence of membrane rupture more in the respondents who are not at risk (74.21%) with p value = 0.002, low parity 69.9% with p value p value = 0,024 and no incidence Hypertension (66.5%) with p value = 0.908. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship of age and parity with the incidence of membranes ruptured prematurely, and there is no relationship between the incidence of hypertension and premature rupture of membranes.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya Hubungan Umur ibu, paritas dan kejadian hipertensi dengan Kejadian Ketuban Pecah sebelum waktunya, menggunakan metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectiona. Sampel penelitian diambil secara Simple Random Sampling dengan 321 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini adalah didapatkan bahwa proporsi responden yang mengalami kejadian ketuban pecah lebih banyak pada responden yang berumur tidak berisiko (74,21 %) dengan p value = 0,002, paritas rendah 69,9 %  dengan p value p value = 0,024 dan tidak mengalami kejadian hipertensi (66,5 %) dengan p value = 0,908. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan umur dan paritas dengan kejadian ketuban pecah sebelum waktunya, dan tidak ada hubungan antara kejadian hipertensi dengan kejadian ketuban pecah sebelum waktunya.
